(Raspberry) No Sugar Added Cookies
Makes approx. 12-15 cookies
You need:...
3 Ripe Bananas
2 Cups of Large Flake Oats (NOT the "quick" cooking stuff)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cups Raspberries (optional)
Other optional "add-ins" (or substitute for the raspberries)
*1/2 Cup Raisins Or
*1 Cup Blueberries Or
*1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc... your choice!)
How to:
Preheat Oven to 350F
Mash bananas, then add almond milk, apple sauce, cinnamon & vanilla.
Mix ingredients well. Add the oats, again, mix well. Add raspberries and gently "fold" them into the mix (you don't want to "mash" them up)
Spoon onto a cookie sheet, flatten it a little with the back of your spoon (they don't "expand" while baking, so if you want a "flat" looking cookie...)
Bake 15-20 mins
Let cool. Enjoy!

Rigatoni Cheese Bake
My favorite time of the year is fall because that is Crockpot and Casserole season! Love these hearty comfort foods!
Rigatoni Cheese Bake
8 Servings
Prep: aprox. 25 min. Bake: 25 min....
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) Rigatoni
1 pound Ground Beef
1 small Onion, Chopped
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
1 jar (12 ounces) Marinara Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
1/8 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup (8 ounces) Sour Cream
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces each) Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Cook rigatoni pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, on low saute onion and garlic that is sprinkled with salt to keep it soft and translucent.
Add garlic powder and beef and cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Place all in a large bowl, and mix in 1/2 the jar of marinara sauce and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, parmigiano, and romano
cheese, salt and pepper until blended; Add pasta and ingredients in small bowl all to the large bowl including the rest of the marinara sauce (I kind of eye the sauce to my taste)and mix well covering all the pasta with mix, mixing well.
In a olive oil greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish, spread the pasta mix. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly. Yield: 8 servings

Homemade Cintronella Candles
Love wine but dont know what to do with the empty bottles? Great way to reuse!
You can get wicks and citronella oil at almost any store! I use a washer to put on the opening of the bottle to help hold the wick in place. I fill bottle to the base of the neck. They make great tiki torches
